Last month, Prospera hosted its second annual Technology Academy in Tampa. Over the course of three sessions, held on May 17, 24, and 31, Prospera’s academy provided 33 business owners with key knowledge to take advantage of and better apply technology in their businesses. Thanks to the sponsorship of Hillsborough County, Prospera was able to offer this educational program free of charge to clients.
In its second year, the Technology Academy offered small business owners and entrepreneurs a different curriculum and new learning opportunities compared to 2016. Held entirely in Spanish, the one-of-a-kind academy featured Spanish-speaking experts from various companies in the technology industry who focused on helping business owners enhance efficiencies and increase productivity in their businesses.
“The Technology Academy was excellent. The content, the presenters, and the methodology was of high level and quality,” remarked Lenny Pito-Bonilla, owner of Creation Human Development. “Each topic was presented through practical and interactive workshops that allowed me to not only learn, but do and learn by doing. Thank you to Prospera and their team for this new training opportunity and empowering my entrepreneurship in the industry of personal and business development.”
Congratulations to our 2017 Technology Academy graduates!
