What are your workplace’s mission and products/services?
JPMorgan Chase’s purpose is to help make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day. As a Senior Business Consultant with Chase for Business, I help hundreds of business owners each year through our Coaching for Impact program, a formal curriculum that helps entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals through topics such as cash flow management, capital readiness, and growth planning.
What motivated you to serve as a Prospera TAC volunteer?
Small businesses are foundational to our economy locally and nationally. I’m energized by helping entrepreneurs build stability and long-term growth. Prospera’s mission aligns closely with my personal and professional values, and serving on the Technical Assistance Committee (TAC) is a meaningful way to contribute in a hands-on capacity.
What have you enjoyed the most so far about serving on Prospera’s TAC?
I’ve enjoyed collaborating with leaders who care deeply about impact and execution. The Technical Assistance Committee (TAC) stays grounded in what business owners need most: clear priorities, practical guidance, and support they can apply immediately.
Which three words best describe you?
Passionate, determined, and service-minded.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?
Consistency builds trust, and trust drives results. When you show up, listen, and follow through, relationships strengthen over time and lead to better outcomes for clients, teams, and communities.
How do you achieve work/life balance?
I’m intentional about protecting time for my family. I plan my week, set clear boundaries, and focus on being fully present, whether I’m at work or at home.
How do you stay informed about trends in your industry?
I stay close to what business owners are experiencing day to day and pair that with economic updates, industry publications, and conversations within the community. That helps me connect broader trends to what entrepreneurs are navigating in real time.
What is one item still on your bucket list?
I’d love to visit every Major League Baseball stadium and every U.S. National Park.
