South Florida Client: Natalio Fraioli

Bringing Venezuelan and Italian Flavors to More Communities

Natalio Fraioli brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the food industry, including owning and operating restaurants throughout his career. Inspired by the Venezuelan flavors of his home country and the Italian cuisine rooted in his family heritage, Natalio pursued his own entrepreneurial vision and, in 2006, established Fraioli and Associates, LLC, doing business as La Crema Food and Grill, in Doral, Florida. Nearly two decades later, he opened a second restaurant in Orlando, allowing the family-owned business to bring its distinctive blend of Venezuelan and Italian flavors to even more communities across Florida.

Preparing for Expansion

As Natalio prepared to open his second location, he recognized the importance of having a clear plan and the financial resources necessary to support the expansion. In April 2025, he visited Prospera seeking guidance on opening the new location and identifying financing opportunities that would help move him forward. With Prospera’s support, Natalio developed an operations-focused business plan that provided a roadmap for purchasing, preparing, and opening the restaurant. Prospera also helped him secure a line of credit through Bank OZK, providing the capital needed to move forward with the expansion.

Building Visibility in a New Market

With La Crema Food and Grill recently opening doors in Orlando, Natalio is focused on introducing the restaurant to a new audience. As part of this next stage, he plans to work on a strategic marketing plan to increase his business’ visibility. Natalio’s goal is to continue strengthening both locations while preserving the quality and authentic dining experience that have defined his business for years.

Reflecting on the Journey and Envisioning the Future

Looking back on his entrepreneurial journey, Natalio recalls that recognizing an opportunity in the market gave him the confidence to build his own business.

“About 19 years ago, I recognized a strong demand for Venezuelan cuisine in Doral and noticed that there was very little competition in the market. Seeing this opportunity motivated me to start my own business and introduce authentic Venezuelan food to the community. I believed there was significant potential for growth, and I wanted to be part of expanding the market.”

He also credits Prospera with helping him identify new opportunities as his business continued to grow.

“After attending a seminar, I decided to schedule a consultation with Prospera. They helped me identify new opportunities, supported the development of a business plan for our second location, and connected us with resources that continue strengthening our growth, including a strategic marketing plan for our new Orlando restaurant.”

For Natalio, opening a second restaurant represents more than expanding his business. It is the continuation of a vision that began nearly two decades ago: sharing the flavors of his heritage while creating spaces where people can come together around great food. As La Crema Food and Grill grows, he remains committed to preserving the authenticity, quality, and hospitality that have earned the trust of his customers over the years.
