Prospera provides access to our local communities so that they may prosper and achieve financial success.
What is one thing you’d like others to know about Prospera and its impact?
Prospera is built on providing our local communities with access to resources for business owners so they can keep their doors open and thrive.
How do you relax after a busy week?
I love to play with my dog, Paul Herman, and watch reality TV.

Smart Brevity.
What is the best advice a mentor gave you?
Be your authentic self.
What’s an early job that helped shape who you are today?
My first job in banking was as a teller. It was there that I discovered I wanted my career to be in banking, helping our communities understand the importance of financial health.
What is your go-to method for making tough decisions?
Listen carefully, be willing to provide constructive feedback, gather all the facts, and eliminate emotion.
What’s one personal goal you still strive to achieve?
Read more inspirational books.
