Conrad Santiago – The Trentham Santiago Group
Conrad Santiago is a Private Wealth Advisor at The Trentham Santiago Group in Central Florida who has been recognized for his excellence as Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors from 2014 to 2019, and as Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2020 and 2021.
Back in 1994, a group of Central Florida Hispanic community leaders met with Orange County Mayor Linda Chapin and City of Orlando Mayor Glenda Hood to identify a feasible option to support local Hispanic entrepreneurs. For this collaboration, Conrad led a task force that would perform a thorough investigation and determine that it was crucial to provide professional and customized technical assistance. During their research, the task force found out about the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund operating in the West Coast of Florida and reached out to them. Their recommendation to local government was to replicate that program model and that’s how Prospera was born in Central Florida in 1995. Upon its establishment and for five years, Conrad volunteered as the first Board of Directors Chair.
During Prospera’s 26 years in Central Florida, Conrad has taken on multiple important roles in the organization.
Conrad has actively participated and gotten involved in the Board of Directors Executive Committee, Central Florida Regional Board, and other committees formed throughout the years. He has made generous corporate and personal donations to Prospera. And he has helped to establish, plan, and sponsor the annual Tour Latino cycling fundraiser for seven consecutive years.
Lastly, Conrad is not only a wonderful role model for Hispanic entrepreneurship, financial advisors, and community leadership but also as a family man. His daughter Nicole works alongside him as Head of Marketing and Advisor Development at The Trentham Santiago Group. At Prospera, we are infinitely grateful for everything that Conrad has given to our organization, donating not only his time and expertise but also his treasure to help us continue serving Hispanic entrepreneurs and striving for greater community prosperity.
