At the time, she needed direction on how to define her services, organize her operations, and develop a clear path forward.

Through Prospera’s personalized business consulting services, Giniva refined her business model. She also strengthened her marketing approach by improving her social media presence and learned how to better organize her accounting practices. Beyond technical support, Prospera provided her with guidance on how to navigate the legal and operational requirements of running a business in the United States, helping her build confidence as she adapted to a new professional environment.

Expanding Her Vision

Looking ahead, Giniva is focused on scaling her business and increasing her impact within the beauty industry. Her goals include opening additional locations across the Charlotte area and developing an academy dedicated to esthetician training. Through these efforts, she aims to create opportunities for others who share her passion and are seeking to build careers in the beauty field.

Reflecting on Her Journey and Growth

Giniva Perez credits much of her progress to the guidance and support she received along the way.

“Prospera was the light that guided my path both personally and professionally,” she shares, emphasizing the role that the organization has played in her business journey.

West Coast of Florida Client: Daniel Bracho

From Technical Experience to Entrepreneurship

Originally from Venezuela, Daniel Bracho brings more than 17 years of experience in the technology sector. After moving to the United States, he and his family discussed the possibility of starting a business and exploring new opportunities. Getting advice and inspiration from friends who were retiring as successful business owners motivated him to begin his own entrepreneurial path. In August 2021, Daniel incorporated Easy Process & IT Services, LLC in Venice, Florida. The company provides computer repair services, hardware and software support, system maintenance, updates, and cybersecurity solutions for individuals and businesses in the Sarasota area.

Finding Guidance to Strengthen His Company

Daniel first learned about Prospera when his wife came across an article on LinkedIn highlighting resources available to entrepreneurs. At the time, Daniel was looking for assistance to better structure the business and clarify the next steps for growth. While his technical expertise was well established, he wanted support in areas such as market research, brand positioning, competitive analysis, and the development of effective marketing and sales strategies. Through Prospera’s personalized business consulting services, Daniel received support in developing a comprehensive business plan, getting a better understanding of his accounting responsibilities and tax obligations, and guidance in marketing and sales strategies. This process helped him define a clearer strategic direction and establish a stronger foundation for the company’s development.

Easy Process & IT Services, LLC continues to grow, and Daniel has hired his first employee, marking an important milestone for his company. As operations expand, Daniel remains focused on delivering reliable technology solutions while helping clients better understand the systems that support their daily operations. By offering bilingual support in English and Spanish and explaining complex IT concepts in clear, practical language, Daniel helps individuals and small businesses feel more confident when making decisions about their technology and cybersecurity needs. Giving back to Prospera, Daniel recently supported the organization by leading a workshop on cybersecurity for small businesses.

Expanding Services to Support Other Businesses

Looking ahead, Daniel plans to gradually transition the company from a traditional break-and-fix repair model into a more comprehensive IT service provider. His vision includes offering online training and managed IT services designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses across the West Coast of Florida. Many smaller companies cannot afford an internal IT department, yet they still need to operate within secure digital environments. Daniel’s goal is to help bridge that gap by providing accessible technology support that combines cybersecurity awareness, practical solutions, and clear communication.

Advice for Fellow Entrepreneurs

Reflecting on his experience, Daniel shares advice for other entrepreneurs building their own businesses.

“From our experience as immigrants, we have faced many challenges along the way. We believe that following the right path always brings better results, even when it may seem slower or difficult. Doing the right things gives you peace of mind and ultimately leads to good outcomes. We trust that God guides our steps, and we continue moving forward with discipline and perseverance.”

From a business perspective, he also emphasizes the importance of digital awareness.

“No matter what type of business you operate, it is important to be aware of digital threats. We live in a highly connected world, and businesses of every size can be vulnerable. Protecting your digital assets, credentials, and business information is essential. Many of the problems we see every day could be prevented with greater awareness and education.”

With a strong foundation in technology and a clear vision for service, Daniel Bracho continues strengthening Easy Process & IT Services, LLC while expanding his services to support small and medium-sized businesses. His experience demonstrates how technical knowledge, combined with strategic planning and business education, can become an opportunity for sustainable growth. Georgia Client: Gloriangel Avila

From Industry Experience to Entrepreneurial Vision

Originally from Venezuela, Gloriangel Avila brings more than fourteen years of experience in the construction industry and safety protocols while working with major oil companies. Recognizing the value of her skills and experience, she decided to partner with other industry professionals to start her own business in the United States. In 2025, she serves as the majority partner of 360 Building Services, LLC, a company based in Tucker, Georgia, that focuses on digital modeling as well as commercial, retail, and corporate construction maintenance services.

Seeking Structure to Support Rapid Growth

In September 2025, Gloriangel first connected with Prospera while attending the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association’s Día del Trabajador event, where she approached the team seeking guidance on how to properly establish her business in the region and move forward with the contracts she had begun developing with clients and providers.

At that time, the company was experiencing increasing demand for its services. As project opportunities expanded toward the end of the year, it became clear that the business required stronger contractual protections and clearer financial management systems. Formal agreements were necessary to define services, responsibilities, and payment terms with both clients and partners.

Strengthening the Business Foundation

Through Prospera’s personalized business consulting services, Gloriangel received two key tools designed to strengthen the company’s operational structure. She got assistance in formalizing written agreements with clients and providers, ensuring that contracts clearly defined services, responsibilities, and payment terms. In addition, she received guidance on financial management best practices.

Through this support, Gloriangel learned how to strengthen financial reporting, document investments and income accurately, and establish clearer accounting procedures as the company expands. Beyond these services, Prospera’s guidance has supported Gloriangel in making informed decisions while establishing her business independently in Georgia and navigating complex professional relationships within the construction industry. Her resilience and determination have played a central role in the company’s progress, allowing the business to grow quickly while building the structure needed for long-term sustainability.

Reflecting on Her Journey and Looking Ahead

As she looks back on her progress, Gloriangel recognizes the impact that Prospera’s support has had on her business.

“Prospera’s services have been a compass on a path that can often feel difficult to navigate for migrants and refugees. The legal and accounting guidance I received gave me the confidence to understand my responsibilities and identify new opportunities for growth.”

Moving forward, she hopes the company will continue expanding while also creating opportunities for others in her community.

“In the long term, I aspire to expand my market and become a source of employment for others. As a Latina woman, migrant, and refugee, my dream is for my business to be not only my livelihood but also proof that with determination and the right support, we can overcome any barrier.”

Gloriangel Avila continues strengthening 360 Building Services, LLC with a more solid business structure and a clear vision for growth. Her experience demonstrates how technical knowledge, combined with strategic guidance and improved legal and accounting practices, can help businesses move forward with greater confidence and organization. I grew up knowing Prospera’s President, Augusto, and reconnected with him and Jose when they were launching the North Carolina chapter. I remember being surprised that an organization like Prospera existed, one that advises, educates, and supports entrepreneurs throughout their journey at no cost.

The culture of service within Prospera is contagious. After just a few interactions with the team, you start asking yourself how you can give back as well.

What have you enjoyed most about serving as TAC Chairman?

Hearing the stories behind the businesses that come to Prospera. Each entrepreneur brings a unique journey, and it’s inspiring to see what they’ve already built and the potential that lies ahead.

How do you maintain work–life balance?

As a father of three young boys, prioritization is everything. Communication with my wife about schedules and commitments is critical.

I’ve also learned that sometimes the best decision is saying no, not because an opportunity isn’t good, but because other priorities matter more.

North Carolina Client: Vanesa Merced Santiago

From a Personal Beauty Appointment to Launching a Business

Originally from Puerto Rico, Vanesa Merced Santiago’s entrepreneurial journey began with a desire for personal and professional growth. During a personal beauty appointment, Vanesa noticed how popular the microblading service had become and how much demand it generated. With a natural talent for drawing and encouraged by friends and family, Vanesa decided to pursue professional training in the technique. She recognized a gap in her local market, which led her to make the decision to launch her own business focused on eyebrow microblading and facial aesthetic services.

Starting Over in a New State

Vanesa’s path as a business owner took a new turn when she moved to North Carolina. During this transition period, Vanesa was referred to Prospera by a friend who knew the organization specialized in supporting small businesses. At the time, her business in North Carolina was still unregistered, and she had not yet established a separate business bank account. Through Prospera’s business consulting services, Vanesa received guidance on how to formally register her business and define the foundational steps needed to operate legally in the region. In July 2025, Vanesa established her business Vaneshy Studio, LLC, a women-owned facial aesthetics and microblading studio located in Cary, North Carolina. As she continues to grow her client base, Vanesa describes her business as stable and steadily expanding, with a strong foundation for future development.

Looking Toward the Future

Vanesa’s vision goes beyond growing her client list. She hopes to eventually have her own dedicated studio space where she can continue expanding her services and creating a welcoming environment for clients seeking high-quality aesthetic care. Over time, she hopes to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and beauty professionals by sharing her experiences and knowledge as a business owner.

Advice for Other Entrepreneurs

Reflecting on her journey, Vanesa encourages other entrepreneurs to believe in their potential and pursue their goals with determination.

“It’s important to trust yourself and trust your dreams. Establish your goals, and once you have them, educate yourself and inform yourself so that you can do things the right way and grow your business legally. Without faith in yourself and in God, it becomes much harder to move forward.”

Vanesa Merced Santiago continues strengthening Vaneshy Studio, LLC with a clear vision for growth and stability. Her experience shows how preparation, business education, and the right guidance can help transform a talent into a sustainable business opportunity. As her studio continues to grow in Cary, North Carolina, Vanesa remains focused on developing her company while inspiring other entrepreneurs to pursue their own dreams.
