Originally from Venezuela, Vladimir Dicuru founded Dicuru Mozzarella, LLC with a clear purpose: to promote health and wellness through nutrition. His goal has always been to offer fresh, Florida-made mozzarella crafted with natural ingredients and free from preservatives and additives. Through this approach, he aims to provide high-quality food options that consumers can trust.

Established in 2021 and based in Orlando, Florida, Dicuru Mozzarella specializes in handcrafted cheeses made using traditional Italian methods. Its product line includes fresh mozzarella, burrata, mozzarella ciliegine, and herb-marinated varieties infused with ingredients such as basil, bell peppers, and parsley. The business is family-owned and deeply connected to its local community.

Building a Stronger Business Foundation

Vladimir was referred to Prospera in 2024, as his business continued to grow but lacked a solid operational foundation. For several years, he had managed capital under high-interest rates and recognized the need to restructure the business and strengthen day-to-day operations. After attending a Prospera business seminar, he began receiving ongoing consulting support focused on improving the company’s structure and creating a clearer path toward long-term stability. This process allowed Vladimir to step back and approach his business more strategically.

Turning Guidance into Stability and Growth

With Prospera’s support, Vladimir organized his operations while addressing key planning and legal considerations, including launching a company website, trademarking his brand, and optimizing internal processes to better manage the business. As a result, Dicuru Mozzarella now operates debt-free with a more structured foundation, and in 2025 experienced its strongest growth to date, surpassing results from previous years and positioning the company for greater stability and peace of mind moving forward.

Looking Ahead

Vladimir’s next goal is to expand Dicuru Mozzarella’s presence through food service distributors and secure placement in regional supermarkets. The company currently participates in the Winter Garden Farmers Market, where chefs from local restaurants have discovered and incorporated its products. Restaurants now represent a significant portion of the business, and Vladimir aims to continue strengthening these relationships while expanding retail opportunities.
