Wells Fargo Foundation Provides $1 Million Grant to Expand Capital Access for Broward County Entrepreneurs

A $1 million investment from the Wells Fargo Foundation is launching BRIDGE Broward, a collaborative initiative led by Ascendus and local partners, including Prospera, to expand access to capital and business support for Broward County entrepreneurs. The program will deploy $900,000 in loans, provide personalized financial coaching and technical assistance, and support the creation or retention of an estimated 160 local jobs while helping small business owners overcome barriers to traditional financing.
