What motivated you to serve on Prospera’s board as a volunteer?

My motivation to serve on Prospera’s board was driven by the opportunity to expand its legacy of excellence in Georgia.  Helping Hispanic entrepreneurs grow their businesses is a passion of mine.  I believe Prospera has a set of best practices, honed through many years of serving Hispanic entrepreneurs in Florida that were very applicable and transferable to the growing Hispanic population of entrepreneurs in Georgia.

What would you most like the local community to know about Prospera?

I would like the community to know that throughout my career I have observed that wealth creation and business success are achieved through hard work and grit, and for this there is no substitute.  However, sometimes we all need a helping hand and sound advice from seasoned business advisors.  This is an invaluable resource available to Hispanic entrepreneurs through the Prospera Network.

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

Networking and being able to relate to people can make or break someone’s business or career.  You can be very intelligent and work very hard but if you cannot relate to people and network to get ahead your success could be limited.

Which social media platform do you use most frequently?

I’m on X – I am a fan of brevity and most of the time less is more

What is one item still on your bucket list?

A cruise down the Nile
