What are your workplace’s mission and products/services?
At Bank OZK, we pride ourselves on building value-driven relationships with our clients. We are a full-service bank that offers deposit account products for businesses and individuals, as well as commercial and consumer loan products.
What motivated you to serve on Prospera’s Technical Assistance Committee (TAC) as a volunteer?
I love the mission and what Prospera does for our community. I truly see the value that Prospera’s South Florida team brings to each entrepreneur they support. I enjoy seeing the growth in each business they have guided and invested in.

Analytical, open-minded, and hardworking.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?
The most important lesson I’ve learned throughout my career is that communication matters just as much as skill. When you listen, stay open to feedback, and treat people with respect, you become a successful contributor to your team.
How do you achieve work/life balance?
I achieve work-life balance by being intentional with my time. During the workday, I stay focused on my tasks so that I can be present when I’m not in the office. Because I take care of myself and disconnect from work, I am able to show up with more focus the next day.
How do you stay informed about trends in your industry?
I like to follow news in the financial sector, and I stay connected with peers to keep up with banking trends.
