South Florida Clients: Margueritte Ramos & Alexander Nuñez
Not only have our South Florida clients Margueritte Ramos and Alexander Nuñez achieved individual success; they have also come together in a remarkable partnership. ShadeFLA specializes in custom shade structures, commercial retractable roofs, shade sails, sunsquare shades, and cabanas, while Digital E Consulting uses the latest technologies in drone and data analytics to help clients collect data from an elevated perspective and bring it directly to their computers while increasing worksite safety, reducing costs, and offering quick turnaround times. Margueritte, the visionary behind ShadeFLA, executed a $2.1MM shade installation project for Prologis Distribution Center. After its completion, she sought aerial images for marketing purposes and found the perfect collaborator in Alexander, owner of Digital E Consulting.
As she was identifying potential service vendors to capture the images of her finished project, Margueritte faced numerous obstacles to find a company that met all government requirements given the proximity to the Miami International Airport. She then recalled Prospera’s introduction to fellow client Alexander Nuñez, whose impressive success story and compliance expertise made him the ideal collaborator for the aerial photography project. Alexander rose to the challenge and obtained all the necessary permits, securing FAA authorization for his company’s drones. Passionate about their craft, Margueritte and Alexander united their expertise and complied with all regulations to successfully obtain beautiful aerial photos of the area.
Margueritte’s trust in Prospera and her commitment to supporting fellow small businesses facilitated the collaboration with Alexander. “To hire somebody referred by Prospera is important for me and my business because it means it’s a vetted, solid business that delivers high quality services. At ShadeFLA, our philosophy is to do business-to-business with other small businesses and highlight the importance of building a strong small business community where we support each other,” she emphasized.
For Alexander, Prospera’s support extends beyond connections; it instills a sense of responsibility for the success of fellow business owners. “I am grateful to my consultant who is not only providing me personalized guidance but also helping me to identify new opportunities for growth and make connections. As a business owner, I feel the responsibility of the success around me. The success of other business owners is my success. Prospera, since the inception of my business, has a very special place in my heart,” Alexander explained.
Today, Margueritte and Alexander’s partnership continues with their collaboration on Casa Neos, a new multi-sensory venue scheduled to open by December 2023. Prospera takes pride in nurturing such collaborations between our clients, as they exemplify the power of unity and growth within the Hispanic business community. Moreover, we empower clients with skills, knowledge, tools, and certifications they’ll need to overcome obstacles in their entrepreneurial journeys, so that when the time comes, they can successfully rise up to challenging opportunities. Together, we shape a brighter future for all, one successful small business at a time.
