What motivates you to serve as a Prospera Governing Board Member?
I enjoy paying it forward and seeing people with a dream and a passion for developing a business.
Which board priority for this year resonates most with you?
Succession.

That you can get help and assistance in starting a new business.
How do you relax after a busy week?
Getting on my boat and watching the sunset.
What is one book that has influenced your leadership style?
Leaders Eat Last.
What’s the best advice a mentor gave you?
Find something you love to do.
What’s an early job that helped shape who you are today?
Multi-level marketing, as well as working as a janitor and in inventory at a Burger King at 11 years of age.
What’s your go-to method for making tough decisions?
Prayer.
What’s one personal goal you still strive to achieve?
Build a national brand, serve my wife, and leave a legacy.
Why is community service and volunteer leadership important to you?
My father always told me, “The world is round.”
