Georgia Clients: Paula Ayala and Juan Gamboa
Paula Ayala, a Venezuelan immigrant with over a decade in the U.S., co-founded Lita’s Corporate, LLC with her husband, Juan Gamboa, in June 2021. Paula manages operations while Juan oversees administration in this family-run printing business based in Kennesaw, Georgia. Lita’s Corporate offers a wide range of custom printing services on materials like vinyl, acrylic, fabric, wood, and glass, delivering high-quality designs tailored to each client.
Seeking Guidance for Growth
With a shared entrepreneurial vision, Paula and Juan set out to expand Lita’s Corporate into a strong family brand, aiming for e-commerce, client growth, and brand recognition. However, the complexities of business planning and marketing highlighted the need for expert guidance.
In May 2023, Paula attended a Prospera orientation at the Gwinnett Entrepreneur Center. Inspired by the resources, she connected with Prospera for support in business planning and marketing. Prospera’s team worked closely with her to develop a structured plan tailored to her goals. Paula was awarded a Branding Kit, a Business Advancement Service that provided the tools to refine Lita’s Corporate’s brand identity and reach a broader audience.
Advancing Their Business with Prospera’s Support
Prospera’s ongoing support has been pivotal for Lita’s Corporate’s growth. The Branding Kit and business consulting offered essential insights and resources, enabling Paula to strengthen the brand and enhance financial management practices. “Prospera has helped us see our goals more clearly and correct mistakes we made due to lack of guidance,” Paula shares. “Thanks to their support, we’re now following a new strategy toward growth.”
Looking ahead, Paula and Juan are preparing to launch litasdesigncraft.store, an e-commerce site that will expand their sales channels. They are also planning to secure vendor status with Kennesaw State University and explore silk-screen printing.
Building a Vision for the Future
With plans to establish a dedicated workshop and showroom, Paula and Juan envision a dynamic space that boosts production capacity and allows clients to experience their designs firsthand. Reflecting on their journey, Paula says, “Prospera has empowered us to build our brand and grow our business, teaching us how to get things right and succeed.”
With Prospera’s guidance and a clear vision, Lita’s Corporate is well-positioned to reach new heights in the printing industry. Stay tuned for the launch of their online store: litasdesigncraft.store.
