Originally from Spain, Pedro Porras is a professionally trained chef with over ten years of experience in fine European cuisine. After cooking in top-tier restaurants across Madrid, Copenhagen, and Ibiza, he moved to Atlanta with the dream of sharing the flavors of his homeland. In 2024, he launched Saberico, LLC, a paella and tapas catering business offering immersive Spanish culinary experiences for private events, team-building sessions, and festivals.
Saberico is more than catering. With a fire pit, fresh ingredients, and Pedro’s personal touch, it brings guests an unforgettable taste of authentic Spanish cuisine in every dish.
Polishing the Brand to Match the Flavor
Pedro first connected with Prospera through a Google search, seeking guidance to improve his brand presence. Though his food and skills were of high quality, his logo and marketing materials lacked cohesion and didn’t reflect the elevated nature of his culinary services. With Prospera’s personalized business consulting and advancement services, Pedro developed an attractive and effective brand that better communicates the quality of his offerings. Now, he feels more confident presenting his business to the U.S. market and is actively working to grow his client base and explore new event opportunities.

Saberico’s 2025 sales are on track to more than triple last year’s, and plans are underway for a new website and expanded marketing efforts. Looking ahead, Pedro envisions adding a mobile kitchen concept and forming strategic partnerships with wine bars, art galleries, and private venues. His ultimate dream? Opening a small, exclusive space for private events centered around Spanish gastronomy.
