Originally from Mexico, Krissia Arcos always envisioned owning a business built on compassion, quality, and independence. After gaining valuable experience working with her sister’s commercial cleaning company, Krissia decided to take everything she had learned and build something of her own. In March 2018, she founded Pink Sparkles Cleaning and Services, LLC, offering residential and commercial cleaning services across the Raleigh-Triangle area in North Carolina.
While passionate about her work, Krissia soon realized that growing a business required more than delivering excellent service. She needed a stronger foundation, including a business plan, digital presence, and the right tools to move forward. That’s when she connected with Prospera.

Focused on Growth and Community Impact
Krissia now has a clear vision for her next chapter. She plans to continue growing her presence across the Triangle area, strengthen her digital presence, and maintain consistent engagement on her website and social media platforms. Long-term, she also hopes to build a trusted team that shares her values of quality, patience, and respect for clients.
Advice for Other Hispanic Entrepreneurs
“If they have an idea, stick to it and work hard to make it a reality because it’s possible. Even when it feels like there’s no results right away, you must give it time — little by little it’s possible and especially with the help of organizations like Prospera,” Krissia advises.
