Transforming Lives Through Art and Creativity

Originally from Ecuador, artist and cultural manager Faride Chedraui has dedicated more than a decade to creating artistic projects that use art as a form of experience and emotional connection. With a background in visual arts, interior design, and cultural management, she decided to open her own space to help children, teens, and adults freely express themselves and discover their creative potential.

Her business, Faride Art & Design Studio, officially opened its doors in October 2025 in Doral, Florida. The studio offers art, painting, drawing, and sensory art classes, as well as jewelry workshops and creative events such as Paint Parties, Coffee & Paint, and Birthday Art sessions. It also provides a space where local entrepreneurs can showcase their products and where emerging artists can exhibit their work, strengthening community connections through creativity.

Finding Guidance with Prospera

Faride first learned about Prospera through another entrepreneur in Miami while seeking resources to help her project grow and reach more people. After opening her studio, she looked for professional guidance to expand visibility, structure her business more strategically, and explore new ways to connect with clients.

Through Prospera’s personalized consulting, she received specialized guidance in branding, business structure, marketing, and legal orientation. This process helped her formalize her company, understand the benefits of developing a space dedicated to art, and make better business decisions that support sustainable growth.

Building a Space for Growth and Connection

The studio celebrated its opening event on September 30 and officially opened to the public on October 1, 2025. In just a few weeks, 25 students had already enrolled in classes, marking a strong start. The studio continues to grow, offering workshops for children, teens, and adults, programs for homeschoolers, and cultural events that promote art as a tool for healing, empowerment, and connection.

A Vision for the Future

With Prospera’s support, Faride structured her company on solid foundations and defined clear goals to expand her reach in the Doral community. Her next steps include developing membership programs, building partnerships with schools and foundations, and launching art and wellness initiatives that promote community well-being. Looking ahead, she envisions replicating her studio model across other South Florida cities, multiplying opportunities for artistic and emotional growth.

A Reflection on Her Purpose

“Art has always been my purest language. I felt the need to create a space where others could discover theirs. I wanted to show that art is not just decoration, but transformation and community.”

With passion, vision, and the right support, Faride Chedraui continues to build a creative space where art becomes a bridge for healing, education, and empowerment.
