Nurturing Future Generations Through Agro-Cooking Education

Venezuelan entrepreneur Estefania Molina has dedicated over a decade to agricultural practices and culinary education. Inspired by her family’s agricultural roots and her academic background in Sociology and Agricultural Development, Estefania launched Agrotaste, LLC in 2023 to educate children and families about the power of real food. Her mission is to transform habits from the ground up—teaching kids to grow what they eat and cook with purpose.

A New Path with Prospera’s Support

Estefania was referred to Prospera in May 2024 through the Latin American Association’s Avanzando Juntas program. At the time, her business was not yet formally registered, and she sought guidance on legal structure and feasibility. Through personalized consulting, Prospera helped Estefania define her service offerings, build a structured educational plan, and identify operational requirements.

She was awarded business advancement services for a legal assessment and branding kit, which helped her register her business officially as Agrotaste, LLC in March 2025. With Prospera’s support, she also developed sales strategies and clarified her vision, transitioning her idea into a sustainable business model.

Impact and Vision for the Future

Estefania’s agro-cooking classes and workshops now serve as a platform for community health and education. With projected growth in 2025, she is focused on expanding her client base and launching in-person programs, digital courses, and educational kits to reach more families and schools.

“My goal is to expand the conscious children’s cooking academy to more communities,” she shares. “I want to form thousands of Mini Chefs who grow, cook, and connect with real food.”

How Prospera Made a Difference

“Prospera helped me gain clarity on how to structure and scale my idea,” Estefania says. “I discovered new ways to monetize my classes and reach markets I hadn’t considered. I felt supported, empowered, and more confident to grow as an entrepreneur.”

Through her creativity and passion, Estefania is planting seeds of change—one child, one lesson, one meal at a time.
