Arnel Pumar’s journey to entrepreneurship began in his home country, Cuba, where he worked as a skilled technician in the construction industry. After moving to Jacksonville, he saw firsthand the need for reliable, high-quality construction services in the area. Driven by his family and a deep sense of purpose, Arnel founded Aaron Solutions, LLC in 2019. With over 15 years of experience, he set out to build a business that not only delivered exceptional craftsmanship but also contributed meaningfully to his community. Today, Aaron Solutions is a family-oriented company that donates a portion of its profits to local schools and creates job opportunities for Jacksonville residents.

As the first BAS recipient for Prospera in Northeast Florida, Aaron Solutions has become a model of growth powered by tailored support and practical expertise.

With Prospera’s ongoing support, Aaron Solutions has established a strong foothold in Jacksonville, building relationships with local businesses and steadily expanding its client base. Now pursuing JSBE certification with the city, the company is well-positioned for new growth opportunities. Looking ahead, Arnel plans to focus on branding and marketing to further elevate his company’s visibility. Recently, he was awarded a 180-day commercial through the Comcast program—a valued partner and funder of Prospera—which provides a significant opportunity to showcase Aaron Solutions’ services and enhance its reputation. By 2025, Arnel aims to achieve substantial growth, establishing Aaron Solutions as a leading name in Jacksonville’s remodeling and renovation industry.
