    Client Spotlight: Amilliardi Corp.

    By Joanna Silvestri | home, South Florida | Comments are Closed | 20 October, 2021 | 0

South Florida Client – Eduardo Mora and family

Originally from Venezuela, Eduardo Mora, his spouse, and daughters are the founders of Amilliardi Corp., a home-based, online business operating from West Palm Beach. Amilliardi offers maternity products such as diaper bags, portable changing pads, credit card holders for strollers, apparel, and more.

Eduardo’s daughters, Kerly Bennet and Gabriela Rinote, started Amilliardi approximately two years ago. Having grown up in a large family, they decided to quit their corporate jobs and build their own business to gain the independence they desire to start big families of their own. Inspired by today’s multi-tasking parents who strive to make each moment enjoyable and beautiful, Kerly and Gabriela developed a brand to help mothers feel confident while looking casual and chic.

When the pandemic started in early 2020, it became the biggest challenge that Amilliardi has had to face yet. Although sales only dropped by 10 percent, their supply chain was severely compromised, not only affecting sales but mainly their profit margins.

Eduardo approached Prospera in August 2020, seeking guidance to access capital for additional inventory, and technical assistance to enhance their online presence. Since then, Prospera has helped Amilliardi to apply and obtain a $15,000 grant from Palm Beach County, along with business consulting and assistance to improve their operations. Additionally, Prospera awarded Amilliardi a marketing plan to further develop their website and enable them to implement and execute effective marketing campaigns. The family has also been able to increase their business profits by reducing expenses and launching new products. Looking into the future, Amilliardi hopes to continue expanding their product line and revenue streams.
