From Industry Experience to Business Ownership
Originally from Venezuela, Hilvic Hernandez is an industrial engineer with a master’s degree in quality and productivity and brings more than twenty years of experience in logistics and operations. With technical training in mechanical maintenance and a strong foundation in multimodal shipping, she built a career that spans customer service, supplier coordination, route optimization, and delivery operations. Following the closure of previous companies where she had built her career, Hilvic recognized an opportunity to apply her knowledge independently. In February 2024, she founded H&H World Group, LLC in Lilburn, Georgia, a shipping and warehousing company focused on both domestic and international freight services.
Seeking Guidance to Strengthen Operations
Hilvic first connected with Prospera through the Latin American Association while seeking guidance to strengthen her business foundation and better structure her operations in October 2025. “My plans for H&H World Group are focused on consolidating and scaling our operations between the United States and Latin America. I want to strengthen our logistics model, expand coverage, and build strategic alliances that allow us to handle greater volume efficiently.”
She also highlights the importance of improving internal systems to support sustainable growth.
“I want to continue optimizing our internal processes, especially in the accounting and financial areas, to ensure organized, profitable, and sustainable growth.”
As part of her short-term plans, Hilvic is also preparing to launch H&H World Group, LLC’s ecommerce department, which will allow the company to ship products to clients from both China and the United States, while working with a bilingual agent based in China to support communication and international operations.
