Prospera is recruiting a full-time, non-exempt Customer Service Representative who will report to Regional Vice Presidents.

Routine and regular availability during the day.

Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.

The Customer Service Representative serves as the frontline ambassador of Prospera, providing exceptional client support, managing inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with administrative and program coordination activities.

As part of the Programs team, this role supports the implementation of Prospera’s economic development model and plays a vital role in ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

The position’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Professionally manage inbound/outbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide welcoming, service-oriented support to clients and visitors
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records within the CRM system
  • Support administrative documentation, correspondence, and reporting
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, event preparation, and catering arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
  • Conduct reminder communications for meetings and events
  • Support seminar logistics and educational programming coordination
  • Assist with internship coordination
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will bring a mix of education, experience, and skills such as:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: At least three years of administrative experience in a business, nonprofit, or government setting preferred, with proven ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Language skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across both languages.
  • Technology skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to handle daily tasks with ease.
  • Professional qualities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong critical thinker who can prioritize effectively and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Other requirements: Direct access by phone; ability to pass a background check.
