Victor Rivera is the Market Executive for the Central Florida Business Banking Team at Bank of America. Victor leads a team of Business Bankers that are responsible for managing Commercial Relationships with companies with revenues greater than $5,000,000. The team works with clients and prospects to help them grow their business. Victor also serves as the Market Integration Executive for the Metro Market of Orlando.
Prior to that, Victor was the Consumer Area Executive for West Florida. He was responsible for 167 financial centers and over 1,200 associates. He was previously the National Small Business Banker Sales Performance Executive. He and his team were responsible for partnering with regional leadership and product teams across the country to build awareness and drive adoption of Small Business national sales initiatives.
Prior to this role, Victor was a Regional Market Executive in the Client Development Group within Global Commercial Banking. He managed five teams across the country that served approximately 40,000 clients. He joined Bank of America/Fleet Bank in 1993, serving in several roles including loan review, Business Banking Client Manager, commercial loan underwriting, sales management, and supporting small business credit sales for the Consumer bank. He was also a Bank Examiner with the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Thrift Supervision.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
Victor resides in Orlando, FL and besides his volunteer service on Prospera’s Statewide Board of Directors, he also serves on the board of directors of Boston Community Capital and is Chairman of the Boston Community Loan Fund. In addition, he is also the Executive Sponsor for the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership Advancement (HOLA) Central Florida Chapter.
